Caldwell played college ball at Georgia and was a 33rd overall pick by Indiana in the 2021 draft, but it was Atlanta where she made her WNBA debut in 2022. She's bounced between the Dream and Fever over several seasons — including a full return trip to Indiana in 2023 — before Minnesota acquired her ahead of the 2026 season.
