Collier has been one of the WNBA's most complete two-way players since Minnesota took her 6th overall in 2019, winning Rookie of the Year that season and adding the 2024 Defensive Player of the Year award along with three straight All-WNBA First Team selections. She's finished as MVP runner-up behind A'ja Wilson in back-to-back seasons, was named 2025 All-Star Game MVP after a 36-point outburst, and has won two Olympic gold medals with Team USA.
Collier co-founded the offseason league Unrivaled alongside Breanna Stewart in 2025, built explicitly to pay players more than they'd earn overseas, and has been outspoken about league officiating and operations — one of the more consistently vocal All-Stars in the WNBA's broader pay-and-visibility conversation.
